"Soup Kitchen is On..."
In today's society everyone could use a helping hand. With cut backs, lay-offs, illnesses, or homelessness, providing a well balanced meal can be a challenge for some families on the Eastern Shore of VA.
Like anything that has value, it also will cost . Your contributions and donations of items, such as food, paper products, clothing, sponsor a fund-raising event, and / or provide transportation for meals across the shore, would be greatly appreciated. The Soup Kitchen will resume back in Fall 2014. For more information, please contact us.

Snead's NFL Service
Back by popular demand!!! On Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the 6 o'clock hour, Rev. Calvin Washington and his congregation from Antioch Baptist Church rendered a wonderful service to us. "On Any Given Sunday", was his sermon.
Last year, on Saturday, January 14th, Rev. Washington bought us the word entitled, "God's Spiritual Dream Team."
Everyone had an opportunity to come to church in their favorite NFL team attire. Yes, we had representation from Washington Redskins, Pittsburg Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and many more.
Everyone really enjoyed the fellowship, fun, food and most importantly, the spiritual blessing. This program was sponsored by the Matthews and Davis Church Family - Sister Sheleta Watts, Coordinator of the program.
