DRIVE UP SERVICES INFORMATION
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United Methodist Church has strict requirements when Drive-In Worship Services take place. Snead's Memorial plans to begin Drive-In Worship Services on Sunday, May 31, 2020. The Summer hours of worship will begin at 8 a.m. and Fall / Winter hours, services will begin at 10 a.m. If the weather is not permittable, then services will be held on Saturday at 7 p.m. via teleconference by dialing, 1-978-990-5000 and access code, 890608.
Please note that during the Drive-In Worship Services the following requirements must be upheld at ALL times.
1. There will be 2 Volunteers available to direct parking.
2. The church building will be locked and not accessible for members. No restroom will be open.
3. No one should leave their vehicle for any reason while the Drive-In Worship Service is taking place from beginning to end.
4. Participants (other than the worship leader) should be in the cab of their vehicles at all times.
5. No one should be sitting on their vehicles or in the beds of trucks. No lawn chairs or blankets are allowed on the premises.
6. Everyone, including volunteers, staff, and clergy must follow physical distancing at all times. THAT MEANS EVERYONE MUST STAY AT LEAST 6 FEET AWAY FROM EACH OTHER.
7. No bulletins will be given out.
8. Park in every other spot. NOTE: There must be an empty spot open on the left and right of your vehicle.
9. Persons who are sick, such as with colds, fever, congestion, or any other low resistance health conditions, should remain home.
10. Enforcement of these requirements will be strictly followed and urging everyone to abide by them in efforts of preventing extra liability.
